Goose Creek is a medium-sized city in Berkeley County, South Carolina. It has approximately seventeen neighborhoods and is the 12th largest city in the state. It is a suburban oasis lauded as affordable, lovely and full of southern charm and features quiet streets, low crime rates and green spaces. The community has a couple of sites on the National Register of Historic Places, like the St. James Church and the Otranto Plantation Indigo Vats.
