Privacy of our email lists: – N.B.A.A. maintains several email lists to keep visitors and clients informed about special reports/events or people who want to become members of our blog. Individuals must affirmatively agree to join our mailing list by completing our subscriber form and confirming said subscription when we request confirmation. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorized – N.B.A.A. staff, including other list subscribers.

Resale or disclosure of information to third parties: – N.B.A.A. does not sell, rent, trade, or lease any personal information collected at our site, including email lists. We do send the information you have provided to Buyer’s Agents in our network who could potentially help you in your real estate endeavors, individuals must affirmatively agree to this by completing our subscriber form and confirming said subscription when we request confirmation.

Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information.
We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

Other Web Sites Linked to Our Site.
We are not responsible for the practices employed by web sites linked to or from our Site nor the information or content contained therein. This remains true even when the linked site appears within the parameters or window/frame of our Site. Often links to other web sites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of our Site.

The message boards provided on this Site are free forums for the exchange of ideas and information within the N.B.A.A. Community and are not intended to be used as a vehicle for advertising or mass e-mailing by said community. Users of the message boards are subject to the terms and conditions of all N.B.A.A. terms of use agreements. Please use discretion whenever disclosing personal information on the message boards. While every reasonable effort will be made to monitor the content within the message board system, N.B.A.A. reserves the right to edit, delete and modify postings in its sole discretion, it cannot and shall not be responsible for monitoring such message content. N.B.A.A. expressly disclaims all liability for information posted on such message boards. N.B.A.A. shall not be responsible for information posted.

2. Children’s Privacy.

Our Site is not intended for the use of children. We do not knowingly market to, or solicit data from, children.
